Our Lamb packs

With the help of our skilled butcher, we have designed three different lamb packs to cater for the variety of consumers who love to eat lamb.

All three packs are available in either trays (where the butcher packs them as you would find in the shops) or bulk (in bags so you can pack them how you like). We also provide for different size appetites with the option to purchase each style of pack as either a whole lamb (16-18kg) or a half lamb (8-9kg).

  • The gourmet pack consists of many modern cuts that you will see on menus of top restaurants
  • The family pack is a traditional cut up consisting of a mix of roasts, chops and sausages; great for family feasts
  • The BBQ pack is the ideal companion for the perfect Aussie bbq with plenty of delicious chops and sausages ensuring the hot plate is full
